Video Editing with CapCut – July 31 to August 3 2023

Welcome to the exciting world of video editing using CapCut. This summer camp, held at The Tech STEAM Center, will immerse you in a week-long journey of video-creating and editing. This course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of video editing using CapCut, a powerful video editing software. Through hands-on projects and step-by-step instruction, you’ll learn how to use CapCut’s powerful features to create stunning videos that will capture your audience’s attention.
In this course, you’ll start with the basics of video editing, such as how to import and organize your footage, and how to use Capcut’s timeline to create a rough cut of your video. From there, you’ll learn how to add and edit audio, including sound effects and different tracks. As you progress through the course, you’ll work with built-in tools to crop, resize, and reposition your footage. You will also learn how to apply filters and transitions to give your videos a professional look.
